LEMAIRE offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that archival pieces and specific limited editions may be subject to different return conditions.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective dust bags and authenticity cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment or via email to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of quality inspection.
