What is the standard shipping timeframe?

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. International shipping generally takes 5-7 business days via our premium courier partners, depending on the destination country.

How can I return or exchange an item?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please visit our Returns Portal to initiate a request.

Are duties and taxes included in the total price?

For orders shipped to the EU, UK, and USA, duties and taxes are included. For other international destinations, local customs fees may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Where are LEMAIRE products manufactured?

Our collections are designed in our Paris studio and primarily manufactured in high-quality workshops across Europe and Morocco, ensuring artisanal craftsmanship and ethical production.

How do I care for my leather goods and garments?

We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. For leather, use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning. Specific care instructions are provided on the label of each individual garment.
